This limited manufacturer warranty is valid on all of our headphones for 90 days after the purchase date. This will cover any defects that might occur with your headphones. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return them to us. Once we have your headphone we will repair or replace them and ship them back to you free of charge. To start your warranty process all you have to do is contact us.

United StatesI don’t use any other ear buds other than my R1 & R2 when needed. My girlfriend uses hers everyday & has run them thru the gamut. When problems do arises the customer service is quick, concise & a joy in helping get the problem resolved.
United StatesI didn't know how to send complaints, so I'll just do it here; they stopped working the day I got it. Specifically, the left earbud stopped working after an hour or so. It isn't the early either, since I tested it on the wired module.
